1. Download your chosen Frame by clicking on the image~ Open zip file in PSP
   
   Save frame by going to FILE (top left)
   
   In the menu Select EXPORT
   
   Left click with mouse PICTURE FRAME
   
   Click SAVE
   
   Close Frame image

   
   
   

2. Open the Image you want to frame
   
   Duplicate by pressing together Shift Key and D ~ Close original Image
   
   Go to 3D-EFFECTS
   
   BUTTONIZE
   
   Check The settings are - Height and width = 6
   Opacity = 74
   
   Transparency
   
   Choose a color that matches your image
   
   Click OK

3. Ok now to add the Frame ~Click IMAGE on top menu
   
   Select PICTURE FRAME
   
   Find select the frame that you want to use
   
   Check FRAME OUTSIDE OF IMAGE
   
   Click OK

4. Your image should now be framed
   
   
5. TO CHANGE COLOR OF FRAME
   
   Make sure that the Picture Frame is HighLight in the Layer menu
   
   Go to ADJUST
   
   Hue and Saturation
   
   Click Colorize
   
   Adjust to the color you want the frame to be or..... Download for Variations Plug place into your PSP plugin folder

   Open plug in EFFECTS
   
   Find it under Plug Ins.
