There are many groups you can join, where you share your stationery and also learn how to use PSP.
Here are two sites that teach you how to Add your own images to Outlook Express Stationery - the second one is for beginners

An alternative Email program, to Outlook Express, Window Live Mail and Window Mail
I use this one all the time, and love it, there is the Lite Version which is Free, and the Full Version (which is the one I use) Try the Lite Version and see what is it about.
BACKGROUNDS
First of all I learnt how to add Backgrounds to Emails.
You can either download them off the net, or make your own using Paint Shop Pro, or a
similar program. Just make sure that you make the Background tile Seamless, so when it tiles all over, then you do not get any obvious lines around the image, so you get a background looks that is a seamless pattern.

Then began the fasinating task finding images, tubes and adding frames etc.,

that I could add them to my Stationery.

To find images use a search engine, make sure the images are not copyright, there are plenty of royalty free images on the net
